The DO3000 is a self-contained dissolved oxygen monitoring system with built in data logging capabilities. Designed for environmental applications, the unit uses Greenspan's unique diffusion cell technology, providing continuous in-situ DO measurements with minimal maintenance required. The sensor can be powered externally via a cable, or with an onboard battery pack providing a standalone capability.
The internal data logger provides long-term unattended data collection at remote sites. Remote telemetry connectivity is also available, and a serial SD-12 output cable is available as an option for connection to external data loggers, or to a process controller.
The sensor is ideal for freshwater applications including river monitoring. Where there is active marine growth the optional copper shroud may be required to minimise membrane fouling. The robust, acetal constructed housing with its double O-ring design makes the unit suitable for use in the harshest conditions.
