For use with the AquaSensors system, The pH DataStick connects directly to a computer or PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) for direct integration with industrial control systems. This allows data to be displayed and analised, and for the instrument to be customised and calibrated without the need for intermediate controller box. The pre-calibrated sensor heads can be replaced or exchanged with any other type of sensor without any system downtime, saving time and money.
The datastick is designed to be extremely strong, non-flowing, resistant to fouling and with exceptional chemical resistance. The internal electronics of the sensor are completely encapsulated and O-ring sealed, giving complete protection from humidity and moisture. An integral temperature sensor automatically compensates measurements for changes in process temperature, and a titanium ground electrode eliminates ground loop currents in the measuring electrode.
