Continual Improvement and Redevelopment

As part of RS Hydro’s commitment to continual improvement and redevelopment, we recently designed and implemented a short questionnaire. The aim was to assess what our clients think of our products and services.

Our thanks go out to all those people who participated. We value the opinion of our clients and have spent time reading your responses and devising ways to act upon them. This is an ongoing project so please; if you have not already done so tell us your own opinions by filling in the questionnaire. More communication on delivery status. Or a tracking section on your website

 

Customers are given a due date as soon as possible, for goods purchased or site visits. As RS Hydro do not manufacture any products ourselves, it is often difficult to predict a lead-time at time of quotation but we aim to do so wherever possible.

Unable to request quotes for a particular size of LFT turbine flow meter. There is no option to request a size? Try to simplify the home page

 

This section of the website has been adjusted so that the user can specify the size required. Various other instruments have been modified so that more details are provided to RS Hydro to ensure the correct quotation is provided. Please feel free to browse our Instrumentation section to see our full range of products.

If I recall correctly, the web site was not clear enough for my specific interest without calling - but that is not unusual.

 

Our web page, rshydro.co.uk has a wealth of information and we have tried to keep this as simple as possible. The links on the left hand side of the home page are all for information, whilst the “Quick Link” to the Online Store is via the “Instrumentation” tab at the top. Once within Instrumentation, users can browse our product range. However, sometimes it is reassuring to speak to someone and in this case, please call the office on +44 (0) 1905 774002.

Improve response & turnaround time

 

RS Hydro recently employed a new member to the team. By channelling enquiries, this has allowed the Field Engineers to focus on specific tasks and has resulted in a faster turnaround time for clients. Try us! We aim to reply to all quotes within 3 hours of submission.
