Hydro Consultants provide non-invasive flow meters (time-of-flight or transit-time) for all applications including
water, wastewater, hydraulic oil, condensate,steam, oil and gas. We
sell, hire and calibrate non intrusive flow meters to all industries
including: water supply, wastewater, utilities, HVAC, chemical, petrochemical,
food and drink, manufacturing, aerospace and power. Most of our non-invasive
flowmeters can be used in hazardous areas (zone 1 & zone 2). Our
non-intrusive flow meters are available with time-of-flight and doppler
technology for clean, dirty or aerated liquids.
Non Contact Open Channel Flow Meter

Hydro are monitoring specialists with access to all makes and models
of river flow and stream flow monitors. These can be mains, battery
or self-powered (solar/wind powered). All our installations comply with
discharge consents enforced by environmental regulators and directives
such as the Environment Agency, IPPC, UWWT and all designed to British
and International Standards (BS3680). We are also able to install devices
that comply with the new MCERTS standard.
Flowmeter Calibration
We offer an extensive flow
meter calibration service for users of industrial flowmeters who need
to keep their instruments running at optimum performance levels; RS Hydro has the capability to offer a comprehensive calibration and repair service. The company can offer on-site and laboratory meter calibration.
Remote Telemetry Data Collection
RS Hydro offer GSM Dataloggers which can relay information via GSM or satellite to a central we portal on a daily basis. Dataloggers are self-powered for up to 5 years and can have built-in alarms to notify the end user of any exceedance of an alarm level. We also offer standard single- and multi-channel dataloggers to measure all applications.

RS Hydro Instrument Solutions provide portable and fixed automatic weather stations for hire and sale. Sensors include barometer, evaporimeter, rain gauge, solarimeter, temperature and humidity and windspeed measurement.
