Overview

The ISCO Pressurised line assembly was developed to enable sampling of liquids from pressurised pipelines between 10psi and 300 psi. A stainless steel pressure reduction valve (PRV)decreases source pressure to 10 psi. An electronic ball valve is activated using special software (required as an option for 6712 and Avalanche samplers). This directs liquid to the collection bottle during forward pumping. The ball valve also enables any liquid that remains in the section of line between the ball valve and the sampler to be purged before the next sample is taken.

Note: The position of the purge line in the above photo is not ideal. The sampler outlet should be higher than connection to valve for optimum purging.

Standard Features

  • Components pre-mounted on an aluminum backing plate that doubles as a mounting bracket.
  • Connection to plumbing via a pressure reduction valve that has standard - inch NPT (female) inlet fitting.
  • Connections for 230V or 120V outlet.
