Overview

The Aquistar TempHion multiparameter water quality instrument with integrated power and datalogger is capable of measuring pH, specific ions (chloride, bromide, and nitrate), redox and temperature. One thermistor based temperature element comes with each unit, plus up to four pH, ISE, or redox elements.

The TempHion is powered internally by two AA batteries or with an external auxiliary power supply for data intensive applications.

The TempHion water quality sensors can be programmed using a laptop or desktop via it's RS485/RS232 adapter and easy to use Aqua4Plus software.

After programming, the sensor will measure and collect data at a variety of time intervals.

The internal processor allows easy calibration, using the Aqua4Plus calibration utilities. Once calibration is complete, this data is stored in the non-volatile memory within the Smart Sensor. This calibration information is applied to recorded data, resulting in highly accurate readings at a wide range of temperatures.
