About the role

If you possess a genuine creative flair, excel in crafting compelling and precise copy, have proven expertise in social media, and a talent for producing distinctive online content, then this role is for you.


As the designated leader for our companies' social media strategy, you will take charge of steering the ship, managing social media channels, and curating engaging content across a variety of digital platforms. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a Marketing department is a prerequisite.


The ideal candidate will exude confidence and self-reliance, embody friendliness and honesty, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and brim with innovative ideas. Proficiency in video shooting and editing would be a valuable advantage. About the role

  • Lead the content calendar Increase company awareness and customer engagement through creative and disruptive social campaigns
  • Ability to adjust writing style, tone, and content to resonate with audiences
  • Experience of shooting and editing video content
  • Curate and create fresh, paid and organic engaging content for platforms that maximises our ability to reach new audiences and drive engagement
  • A high level of computer skills and enthusiasm for learning new systems.
  • You'll be a confident in using the adobe package, canva and email software
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You'll have a strong interest in digital content, be a confident writer and have skill in creating engaging visual communications.
  • Great organisational skills including time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Understanding of keywords and google adwords
  • Analyse social media campaigns to improve and alter ongoing and future strategies
  • Develop detailed monthly reports
  • Monitor competitor social activity and highlighting business opportunities
  • Work and liaise across teams within the company in order to develop and support marketing strategies
  • Apply the principles of search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance the company's online visibility

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience working in a creative focused role
  • Experience working across LinkedIn, Twitter and Youtube
  • Organic and paid social experience
  • Experience of design, creation and publishing social media content
  • Video editing experience
  • Expert in Photoshop and Canva
  • SEO knowledge
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Able to commute to our HQ in Hanbury easily
  • Wordpress experience is an advantage but not essential
  • CRM experience, Hubspot experience is an advantage but not essential

What We Provide

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent, Hybrid

  • Full, on the job training for the role will be provided
  • All IT equipment
  • 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Hybrid working 1 to 2 days a week in our Hanbury office
