About the role

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team!

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and exhibition organisation to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts and stay ahead of the competition. Overall, your contribution will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives and fostering growth in our digital footprint. Digital Marketing Coordinator duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in planning global exhibitions throughout the year. Including managing on-line portals and exhibition stand creation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Apply the principles of search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance the company's online visibility.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating website content across platforms.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide input on innovative marketing strategies.


  • 5+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience planning exhibitions would be beneficial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop industry-relevant paid and organic social media content.
  • Great organisational skills including time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines and changing deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of a range of different digital marketing channels, such as Hubspot, Adobe packages, Wordpress, Canva, Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with web design

  • Able to commute to our HQ in Stoke Prior easily.

What We Provide

  • Hours of Work: 22.5 hours per week
  • Contract Type: Part Time, Permanent, Hybrid
  • All IT equipment
  • £25k - £27K depending on experience (pro rata)
  • 3 days a week
  • Hybrid working 1 day a week in our Stoke Prior office
