Overview

The SONO 3300 inline ultrasonic flow meter used in combination with the FUS060 transmitter is ideal for general industrial flow metering applications. Measurements are independent of liquid temperature, density, pressure and conductivity.

The main application for the SONO 3300/FUS060 in-line ultrasonic flowmeter is measurement of volume. SONO 3300/FUS060 can be used for water and treated waste water, oil and liquefied gases, hot water / cooling systems. This combination consists of a casted sensor (DN 50 to 150 (2" to 6")), welded pipes (DN 200 to 300 (8" to 12")) and the SITRANS FUS060 transmitter (the transmitter can only be mounted separately). Stainless steel pipes are used to protect the internal signal cables running from the transducers to the sensor connection box.
