The 2102 Wireless Module provides remote data retrieval from flow monitoring instruments, reducing the need for confined space entry in sewer flow studies. The 2102 clips onto one or more 2100 series modules forming an integrated system for gathering and communicating open channel flow data.

The 2102 telemetry modem enables a single worker to complete the data retrieval task that may otherwise require a large hazardous entry crew. If you are in range of the monitoring site, you can connect the 2101 to a laptop running Flowlink software and retrieve data from the comfort of your vehicle.

The 2102 telemetry modem gives reliable, direct, two-way communication using spread-spectrum digital radio. As well as 2100 series flow meters it can also be used with 6700 samplers, 4100 series flow loggers and 4200 series flowmeters. Utilising the 2102's "drive-up data retrieval" will also avoid the inconsistencies of conventional radio technology and the monthly expense of using cellular phones.

Standard Features of the 2102 Include:

  • "Plug & Play" setup, no interfacing or engineering required. Just plug in and go.
  • Rugged case (NEMA 4x, 6P, IP68)
  • Low power system means 50 days of battery life using two 6 volt alkaline batteries is typical
  • All equipment can be hidden in the manhole when using a standard internal antenna
