Job title: Planning and Support Administrator

Salary range: £19-£20k
Position type: Full time, permanent

Due to business growth, we have created an exciting new role where you will be responsible for planning and scheduling works for our team of dedicated engineers. You will be providing support and ensuring that trips are planned in the most efficient and professional way along with reviewing telemetry systems and supporting the Operations manager.

  • Administration tasks and data gathering to support the Operations Manager
  • Using internal systems to identify work visits to be planned
  • Plan upcoming works and schedule attendance of the engineers with the client
  • Manage engineer visits and ensure works are being closed off in a timely manner
  • Assist with documentation and information required by clients prior to attendance
  • Review telemetry systems to identify issues on sites
  • Log issues for investigation and potential engineer visits
