The Signature® Flowmeter is designed for open channel flow monitoring applications using any combination of flow and parameter measurement technologies and sampling, depending on what is required at the measurement site. The bubbler level sensor can be used in almost any open channel flow application and performance is unaffected by steam or foam on the surface of the water. The bubble line is anchored in the flow stream at the appropriate measuring point in the weir, flume, or other open channel flow situation. The pressure in the bubble line is proportional to the liquid level in the flow stream sensing the liquid level.
Teledyne Isco’s TIENet™ 330 Bubbler Module technology is ideal in flow streams affected by harsh weather, debris, or corrosive chemicals. Since the depth of flow is determined by measuring the pressure needed to force bubbles out of the line, you are able to calculate flow rate using one of the meter’s built-in flow conversions, or a user-defined level-to-flow relationship.Signature Flow Meter
The new Isco Signature flow meter is designed for open channel flow monitoring applications. It supports flow measurement technologies including ultrasonic and bubbler. Flow can be calculated using standard open channel level-to-flow conversions, level to flow data points as well as user-defined equations, depending on the needs of the application. Unique features provided by the Signature flow meter help to verify data integrity. It logs key events such as power outages and changes in calibration to validate data accuracy. Stored data can be easily reviewed to detect any type of data alteration.
