dipperLog VENTED Data Logger

The dipperLog VENTED, from Heron Instruments, is their most convenient and labour-efficient solution for groundwater monitoring. Equipped with a vented (gauged) pressure transducer, it automatically compensates for changes in atmospheric pressure, eliminating the need for a separate barometric data logger and simplifying data collection.

The logger is suspended on a direct-read vented cable, maintaining a constant connection between the data logger and the wellhead. This allows users to programme the logger, download data, and start or stop monitoring without removing the instrument from the well, reducing field time and operational costs.
