Orion 5-Star pH RDO Conductivity Meter

The RDO requires no membrane and little maintenance which consists of a cap replacement once a year. The sensor is not affected by colour or turbidity so is ideal for applications including effluent, influent and aeration basins.

Optical DO technology is used for the DO measurement. It is calibrated for DO by using water saturated air, air staurated water, custom point with Winkler titration or zero point. There is also a temperature calibration facility.

Data storage capability to store up to 500 data sets with date and time stamping. The meter is powered by four AA batteries which deliver up to 1000 hours continuous operation in Auto-Read mode.

The meter is IP67 rated and the RDO probe is IP68 rated.

Additional features include:

  • pH calibration of up to 5 points with calibration alarm and automatic buffer recognition of USA, NIST and DIN buffers
  • RS232 port for software updates and easy data downloading
  • Automatic salinity correction from the conductivity probe reading for dissolved oxygen measurements
  • Built in barometer for automatic or manual pressure correction for dissolved oxygen readings.
