The Isco 4220 Flow Logger measures depth using a differential pressure transducer. The venting system compensates for atmospheric pressure changes automatically and can measure pressure accurately even when covered with sand or silt. The 4220 can provide accurate measurement at sites where steam, wind, foam, air temperature fluctuations, or turbulence exists.

Most flumes are available with an integral recess that can be used for mounting the submerged probe. Installation of the probe in manhole inverts and round pipes is made easy with Isco mounting rings. The Isco Street Level Installation Tool can be used for installing the 4220 from ground level, elimination the need for costly and potentially hazardous manhole entry.
