Solinst Levelogger App
The Brand new Solinst Levelogger App has been specifically designed to communicate with solinst dataloggers wirelessly. This particular App can be downloaded for free from the App StoreSM straight onto your Apple® iOS 7 smart device (iPhone 5, iPad 4th generation, iPad mini and iPod touch 5th generation). Connection of your datalogger to the App is simply done by using the App Interface for the Levelogger Series which uses Bluetooth® wireless technology to connect to your Apple® smart device.
Using the levelogger App is very simple as it is superbly streamlined and intuitive providing information about the connected Levelogger including serial number, location and battery level. A great feature of the App is that it provides all the major programming options that are available with the conventional Solinst Levelogger PC Software without the need for a laptop in the field. Up to 10 program settings can be saved that can be applied to Leveloggers, which can help standardize all Leveloggers across a project.
The App enables real-time readings from the connected datalogger to be checked as well as viewing of logged readings in a graph or database format all of which can be downloaded onto your smartphone and e-mailed or transferred directly to a computer. Using Data Wizard in the Levelogger PC Software allows data files to be compensated.
Levelogger App Interface
The App Interface is a simple portable hardware connection that connects to the top of the dataloggers Direct Read Cable, once connected data can viewed and dataloggers can easily be programmed using the Levelogger App.
The Solinst App Interface has been desgined to be used on the move as it is compact, easily transported and powered using four 1.5V AA lithium batteries and an auto-off after 10 minutes of inactivity feature to save power. The App Interface is compatible with the Levelogger Edge, Barologger Edge, Levelogger Junior Edge, LTC Levelogger Junior, Rainlogger Edge along with the older Levelogger Gold, Barologger Gold, Levelogger Junior and Rainlogger.
Operation is simple:
