The PT2X-BV is built on the PT2X Pressure/Temperature Smart Sensor platform. It provides an ideal barometric reference for absolute versions of the PT2X pressure sensor.
Conversion of data files from an absolute sensor is made easy with use of the Aqua4Plus Barometric Compensation Utility means conversion of data files from absolute sensors is easy.
The device is capable of storing over 130,000 pressure, temperature and time data records. The sensor is powered internally with two AA batteries or can be powered with an external auxiliary power supply.
It is available in two versions:
- Weatherproof Box
- 316 stainless steel tube (with NPT option available)
The tubular version is available with a ¼” NPT end cone for pressure measurements in pipe applications or a standard end cone for submersible applications.
Aqua4Plus software provides flexible programming, extensive control, real time monitoring easy field calibration and a delayed start feature.
It can be easily networked with other Smart Sensors with the RS485 interface.
